The work in the festival is selected by leading photographers, curators and picture editors without the names of the submitting artists to ensure quality and equity.
The Festival and the Head On Photo Awards, have helped hundreds of photographers promote their outstanding images in Australia and overseas and delivered over $600,000 worth of cash and prizes since 2004.
