Ilan will go through selected indoor and outdoor portfolios including travel photography from Jerusalem, Morocco, Tanzania and Rwanda. During this workshop you will have opportunities to ask questions regarding Ilan's technique and equipment as well as software, methodologies and systems. Ilan will also talk about studio photography, light, modifiers, composition and posing. This workshop will include aspects related to post processing, creating a portfolio, printing and entering the Awards.

Ilan Wittenberg's first exhibition was held in 2014 at Auckland’s scenic waterfront. Titled Black, White & Colour, the exhibition featured portraiture, landscape and fine art. During 2015, Wittenberg documented the people in the Old City of Jerusalem. Faces of Jerusalem was exhibited at Te Uru Waitakere Contemporary Gallery and was featured in f11 Magazine as well as in Art New Zealand magazine and in D-Photo Magazine. The Bare Truth portfolio was exhibited at the 2016 Head On Photo Festival as well as the 2016 Auckland Festival of Photography Signature Programme. Ilan is NZIPP 2015, 2016 & 2018 Auckland Photographer of the Year.

Once you've registered, you'll receive an email confirmation. The next steps are: 
  1. The day before the session, we will send you an email with a hyperlink to join     
  2. Please logon 5 minutes before the scheduled start of the session; we will 'open the door' at the start time  
  3. You will be able to listen through your computer speakers and view the presenter(s) and their images on the screen 
  4. You will be able to ask questions through the 'live chat' during the session. We will answer the questions towards the end
