‘Home & Belonging’ is a photographic exhibition, showcasing the work of ten visual artists from the Fragile Constellations network. This exhibition is part of the 2019 Head On Photo Festival.
The Burman Kitchen are proudly hosting the opening of the exhibition on Saturday 11th May. Come and try some local Burmese cuisine, provided by co-owners and sister in-laws Lay Lay Naing and Tin Tin Khine. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available via gold coin donation.
Fragile Constellations is an online visual story telling network where photographers from Myanmar and Australia contribute images relating to their ideas of ‘home’ and ‘belonging’. The aim of this community is to build understandings of everyday experiences and to connect distant places where people living in transition can participate in the international arts communities.
