This exhibition captures East and West Berlin between 1985-86, the presence of the wall, the people who lived on each side, and the different cultures.

The images depict West Berlin, the long walk near the wall, the US, British and French sectors.

We see two different people and two different lives, with even sometimes the one family separated between in east and west.

This exhibition is outdoors. Please check what COVID-19 restrictions are in place before you visit.

I began taking photographs in the French military in 1985. Since then, I have exhibited extensively in numerous photo festivals around France, including Arles, and had my work seen by Jean-Claude Lemagny, Georges Vercheval, Bnf Paris and Charleroi Museum. I am passionate about contemporary photography and have studied it over the years at the ENSP school in Arles. I have won several prizes, including Besseges Festival 2018, and worked for the Voies-OFF Festival in Arles for eight years. Since 2017, I have been the director and president of the international photo Festival Chambre 07 in Ardèche, France, where I live.
