Imogen Stone, who has Batten disease is shown with her older sister Nataya . They are dressed like little princesses for their brush with royalty , when the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, better known as Wills and Princess Kate, visited Bear Cottage children's hospice on Good Friday, 2014. Imogen Stone was a normal, happy little girl who loved playing, singing and dancing - then on her third birthday she had a seizure. By the time she was 4 she was losing her words and getting unsteady on her feet. Now she cannot walk or talk, she is fed through a tube, and halfway through last year she lost her eyesight. She's getting worsening seizures and chest problems - which is going to be what takes her life.
