Never-ending job
Bart Vos
landscape
Blistering heat, humidity, smog, thunder and rainstorms. Every day, buildings in Jakarta face harsh conditions from the elements and traffic – and so do the maintenance crews that wash dirt off, paint windows and walls as they clean and restore the city towers. The crews are everywhere, working silently and anonymously at great heights – when they finish they start all over again, a never-ending cycle.
