Throughout this collection of works is a mixture of expression and perceptions, as the audience is able to look at the collection of works and use their imagination and self reflect on themselves. In all of my works it has darkness and in the main work the character is hiding as you only get a glimpse at the characters face, however the black and white theme represents hiding his true colours, this is expressing the idea of hiding from his true identity, however I leave it to the audience to imagine the characters true form, even though through expression it shows he is lost and is hiding from the cruel reality of society judging him. This work aims to express what society or in this case, the audience classify or what stereotypical perception they have when it comes to the identity of someone by appearance.
