Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions (Terms) outline the agreement between you (User) and Head On Foundation (Head On) regarding the submission of your exhibition/event on our What’s On platform (Platform)

A – Submission:

  1. Users can submit information about their photography exhibition, including title, dates, times, location, description, and a single high-resolution photo.
  2. Users are limited to one submission per day. If you need to make multiple in a day please contact us.
  3. Listing a User’s exhibition/s is free during the trial period ending 31 December 2024.
  4. Head On reserves the right to review and approve all submissions before listing them on the Platform.

B – User content:

  1. You warrant that all information and photos submitted are accurate and complete and do not infringe on any third-party rights (e.g. copyright, trademark).
  2. You grant What’s On a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your submitted information and photo on the Platform and for promotional purposes.
  3. The User will not include any sponsors’/partner’ logos or acknowledgments on the Platform
  4. Users may request updates to their listing due to change of dates or venue. Please use our contact form and allow two business days for Head On to carry out the updates.

C – Listing visibility:

  1. Head On reserves the right to determine the placement and visibility of your exhibition listing on the Platform and on headon.org.au and other promotional platforms.
  2. Listings may be temporarily unavailable during platform maintenance or due to technical issues.
  3. What’s On listings will not be visible during the Head On Photo Festival period (September until the end of the Festival).
  4. Listings will be visible on the What’s On page  from the date published until the last day of the exhibition.
  5. Head On reserves the right to provide additional promotion to select listings.

D – Removal of listings:

  1. Head On reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms, is deemed inappropriate, or contains inaccurate information.
  2. Users can request the removal of their listing at any time by contacting Head On via our contact form.
  3. Once the exhibition/event has concluded the page will be slated for deletion. It will not be archived.

E – Disclaimer:

  1. Head On does not guarantee any specific number of visitors to your exhibition/event.
  2. Head On is not responsible for any transactions or interactions resulting from your listing.

F – Changes to Terms:

  1. Head On may update these Terms at any time.
  2. We will notify active users of any significant changes via the supplied email address.

G – Governing law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
